Knowledge of Self realisation on the internet is too noisy

The person who really knows himself at the deepest level has nothing to do.

All he/she has to do is to be busy (with something constructive).

If you try to spread knowledge about spirituality then you’ll get entangled in it quite disastrously because you’ll end up creating problems in other people’s lives rather than solving them.

Don’t take responsibility (in order to make them enlightened) of anyone.

Don’t try to make anyone enlightened.

The people who take responsibility of others (for spirituality) are quite a lot egoistic from the inside but from the outside, they look normal.

Ego is the thought of me being the body.

But in reality, you are the consciousness (Sound of Silence) even if you realize it or not.

For a Peaceful Life

In order to be peaceful. Make sure you let the body and mind do their processes with ease. Body: Make sure your surroundings give you good sensory inputs while waking so that the senses are at ease. Make sure that your body needs (along with circadian rhythms) are satisfied, so that the body is at ease. Mind: Make sure that your dreaming (Mind – thoughts) is not making you restless.
