For a Peaceful Life

In order to be peaceful.

Make sure you let the body and mind do their processes with ease.

Body: Make sure your surroundings give you good sensory inputs while waking so that the senses are at ease.

Make sure that your body needs (along with circadian rhythms) are satisfied, so that the body is at ease.

Mind: Make sure that your dreaming (Mind – thoughts) is not making you restless. Make sure you are not lucid dreaming while you are starting to make yourself peaceful currently.

Make sure you get enough sleep (at ease body along with calm mind).

Now with everything at ease you can experience Sound of Silence (You are that) and be with it and become one with it and experience the Silence (because there will be no thought over there with which you can convey the sound of silence).

Being in Silence with yourself is Spirituality.
