Serotonin (Good nutrition/diet)

Endorphine (Exercise/Fitness/Health)

Dopamine (Good Experiences offline/online)

Oxytocin (Relationships/talk to people/hug them)

But we are doing the exact opposite & are creating disastrous mental illnesses.

We don’t eat well (fast-food etc).

We don’t exercise (stay on bed/couch the whole day).

We are no longer offline (except sleep) & We consume violent content online.

We don’t have real relationships.

Because we spend more time with unknown people celebrities or people on social media or people whom we meet in e-sports environment or in online games.

We are getting a continuous flood of negative news and negative content recommendations of movies and web series because they are in pop culture. By consuming it we think that the world is quite bad and we become hopeless and don’t do anything to improve our life.

But in reality, the world is quite better than ever before in many different ways and you’ve to take responsibility for your life to make the world even better.

The world will become better if you start becoming better.
